We grow the beets. We roast them, multiplying their natural sweetness. We add a few good ingredients like spices and a touch of honey. We first made our Beet Ketchup more than a decade ago in Brooklyn, NY to serve in our farm-to-table restaurant. It has been featured in books, television shows and on plates of our friends and customers. We now make it in New Jersey, exclusively from what we and our neighbors grow.
