8 pack.  Approximately 1 lb. Our sausages are made in our artisanal butcher shop, exclusively from local pasture-raised meats. This breakfast sausage features our Berkshire Heritage Pork.  No hormones, antibiotics or gmo's.  We cure them following traditional curing techniques for a signature, natural taste.  

Frozen at the farm to preserve freshness.
