Home-Made Sauerkraut.

Our cabbage is grown on our farm in beautiful Hopewell, New Jersey following organic practices.  They are free of pesticides, herbicides, colors or additives.  We ferment the cabbage in traditional stone crocks, with some nice ingredients from our farm.  Ingredients:  Cabbage, Water, Apple, Horseradish, White Grape, Salt, Herbs, Spices.
