Signature Hot Dog

6 Pack. Approximately 1lb.  Our hot dogs are made in house with Berkshire Heritage Pork and 100% Grass-Fed Beef. We use natural casings and cure them following traditional curing techniques for a signature, natural taste.  

Frozen at the farm to preserve freshness.  

INGREDIENTS -  pasture raised Berkshire Pork, Grass Fed Beef, Kosher salt, light brown sugar, paprika, cure #1, phosphate, white pepper, spices.
