Approximately 3-4lb.  Our chickens are true, free-range birds from Double Brook Farm.  They are hormone and antibiotic free with open access to natures's best nutrients.  Cornish-Cross Breed. Raised and harvested on our farm following traditional, humane methods.  

These birds undergo an unrushed, natural growing process resulting in splendid flavors.

Frozen at the farm to preserve freshness.
